Prior to co-founding CopperSpiral RFID, Vinit ran MindPillar LLC and Adeena LLC and worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Rubix Information Technologies, NJIT and Infosys in areas of International taxation, International Telecommunications Protocols, Customer Management and software development. He has extensive experience in working for and with entrepreneurial ventures both in America and in India.

Surabhi Tomar leads the company in all customer management, systems delivery and policy initiatives.
Prior to co-founding CopperSpiral RFID, Surabhi researched the advantages of melding Total Quality Management (TQM) principles with the Unified Modeling Language (UML), creating a hybrid modeling language suited to the needs of software product managers. Her unwavering stability in times of crisis and extensive project management knowledge provides MindPillar with a strong back-end infrastructure to provide on-time delivery of our services.
