RFID used for Container Tracking.

CopperSpiral RFID has grown exponentially by providing RFID software solutions to the various industries in India, America and other countries. Our aim is to deliver exceptional quality products and services to our clients and enable their technology infrastructure to support their core business activities whether they are in retail or manufacturing.

RFID will enable the identification of containers over long distances and in demanding environments such as the port area. This will help in real-time identification and tracking of containers, reaching new levels of traceability and control.

RFID provides the ability to automatically collect real-time data without burdening employees. RFID is one of the technologies that would dramatically change the capabilities of an organization to acquire a vast array of data about the location and properties of any entity that can be physically tagged and wirelessly scanned within certain technical limitations.

RFID tags are automatically tracked as they move in and out
of distribution and receiving centers, warehouses, airports, rail yards, ports and shipping environments. RFID easily deployed readers and antennas, located at key entry and exit points and other critical locations, provide instant visibility to assets leaving and entering the premise, as well as identifying where the assets are located at any given time.

Benefits of using RFID Systems:

  1. Track the location of pallets and containers within the warehouse
  2. Notify management and security when unscheduled movements occur
  3. Reduce costs and time for check-in and check-out as containers and pallets enter and leave the warehouse.
